Buying Advice for T-Shirts

Look for blanks with 200–240 gsm weight. Anything below 180 gsm is too thin and will be see-through.

For vintage or washed styles, check the QC notes for 'enzyme wash.' This gives the faded look without the stiffness.

Boxy fits are trending in 2026. If the size chart says 'boxy,' expect a wider body and shorter length.

Graphic prints should be checked for alignment. A crooked front print is a common batch-level flaw.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

Assuming all blanks are the same. There are multiple blank tiers, and the price difference is reflected in fabric weight.

Not checking the neckline. A flimsy collar will stretch and lose shape after a few washes.

Ordering prints without reading the QC notes. Some DTF prints crack after the first wash.

Ignoring the length measurement. Oversized t-shirts are often longer than standard, which may not suit your height.

QC Checklist

Check the neckline ribbing for width and thickness. A good collar is 1.5–2 cm wide.

Inspect the hem for double stitching. Single-stitch hems roll up after washing.

For graphic prints, look for even ink distribution and no air bubbles.

Check the shoulder seam alignment. Off-center seams are a common budget flaw.

Size & Material Notes

For slim fit, order true to size. For oversized or boxy, size up or follow the chart.

Cotton shrinks 3–5%. If you are between sizes, size up for 100% cotton.

Cotton-poly blends resist shrinking but may feel slightly synthetic. Choose based on your preference.

Heavyweight tees (250+ gsm) drape differently. They look better on broader frames.
